Item 7.01
Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 24, 2018, a subsidiary of Marriott International, Inc. (“Marriott”) sold the 297-room Sheraton Fiji Resort, the 246-room Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa, Fiji and the associated golf facilities to Fiji National Provident Fund for approximately $131 million. Marriott will continue to manage both of the hotels under long-term management agreements. Both of the hotels will undergo substantial renovations, including their guest rooms, meeting space, lobbies and other public areas.
