Marriott International Declares Cash Dividend

WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marriott International, Inc. today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of six and one half cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable April 26, 2002 to shareholders of record as of April 4, 2002.
